Beware of falling objects

Just heard (from a very reputable show on ESPN) that more people die each year from being hit in the head with a falling coconut than from shark attacks. We definitely have lots of coconuts, and we often see them fall near us. I guess we need to be mindful of objects falling from the sky.

OH NOOOOOOOOO!

From the famous words of Willie Nelson....

"You were always on my mind."

Can't neglect to mention....

is Colorado not the greatest place on earth?

Static cling and all.

(Finally) the last of our vacation pictures

Fun times in my hometown of Loveland, Colorado. We enjoyed some nice picnics out in the back yard.

And Grandma Barlow spoiled the baby (in this picture) and all of us with LOTS of treats- pudding, milk shakes, popcorn, caramel corn, cinnamon rolls, cheesecake, etc.

A day in the mountains.

On the way home we stopped for some fun in Estes Park where I used to work 18 years ago. The same owners were there and we spoke about life at Ride-a-Kart in 1992.

Fun times with Aunt Kim who flew to Denver to see us for a few days. For those of you who have heard the rumor, this is my twin sister. See how I told you we don't look alike at all? She has a "fish-mouth" and much "beadier" eyes than me.

We were also able to catch up with Uncle Matthew and his family in Denver one night.

Then back to Colorado Springs for a few last rides on the 4-wheelers.

We also visited the ancient Indian cave dwellings in Manitou Springs.

We loved all the great times with family and friends! Thanks for having us (and all the shopping that came along with us)- until we meet again!
